Standard brushed: Ra 0.8–1.6μm → Our electropolished: Ra ≤0.4μm. Electrochemical removal of surface peaks produces a measurably smoother, lower-contamination surface.
Full penetration. No filler material contamination risk. Ground flush — weld joints are indistinguishable from parent material after grinding and polishing.
Composition: 2–3% molybdenum content vs SS304. Superior chloride and chemical resistance for repeated autoclaving, harsh cleaning agents, and demanding pharmaceutical environments.
