Selective Pallet Racking
Our selective pallet racking systems are roll-formed from 1.5mm high-strength S450 steel with patented step-beam connectors requiring no bolts. Frame heights to 12m with 110mm pitch beam adjustment. Seismic anchoring kits designed to Eurocode 8 are available. Full FEA load analysis and inspection documentation provided per EN 15635.
Industrial Mezzanine Floors
Kinetix industrial mezzanines are engineered to BS EN 1993-1-1 with 254 UC primary beams and 203 UC secondary beams at 1200mm centres. Standard 7.5 kN/m² UDL capacity with 38mm particle-board or open-bar grating decking options. Complete packages include compliant staircase, handrails, and loading bay gates to BS EN ISO 14122.
Conveyor Support Structures
Our conveyor support structures are fabricated from 60×60×4mm SHS with splice-and-bolt modular connections for on-site length adjustment. Frames are pre-drilled for belt tensioner, motor, and sensor mounting at 300mm intervals. Heights adjust from 600mm to 1200mm via integral telescoping posts. All structures are treated with anti-corrosion epoxy-zinc primer.
Impact Protection Guard Rails
Kinetix impact guard rails are fabricated from 76mm OD×4mm wall circular hollow section, hot-dip galvanised and fitted with high-visibility yellow powder coat. Post anchors are cast-in or bolt-down with M20 anchor bolts. Rail systems absorb 400J impact energy at 400mm height per EN 13374 Class B requirements. Corner and end cap units included.
Dock Leveller Pit Frames
Our dock leveller pit frames are welded from 8mm S275 flat plate with continuously welded joints and integral sump drain. Frames are pre-drilled for hydraulic cylinder mounts, limit switch brackets, and floor anchor plates. Pit dimensions accommodate 1800×2000mm to 2200×2400mm leveller platforms. Surface preparation: Sa 2.5 blast + 75µm epoxy primer.
AGV & AMR Track Systems
Kinetix AGV guide rail systems are laser-cut from 5mm S355 steel with 10-micron tolerance over 6m spans. Rails are flat-bar profiled to ±0.05mm parallelism over the full guide length, ensuring AMR track accuracy for 24/7 operation. Expansion joints at 6m intervals accommodate thermal movement without affecting robot positioning. Systems integrate with all major WMS platforms.
Sprinkler & MEP Hanger Frames
Our MEP hanger frames are fabricated from 41×41mm strut channel (Unistrut-compatible) and 12mm threaded drop rods rated to 2 kN point load. Trapeze assemblies span up to 2400mm between rods. Pre-calculated load tables and installation drawings are provided for every project. Finish: hot-dip galvanised for freeze-store environments.
Industrial Partition Systems
Kinetix industrial partition systems use 89mm steel stud framing at 600mm centres with snap-in gypsum board or polycarbonate infill. Systems are fully demountable without damage to floor or ceiling structure, enabling future reconfiguration. Acoustic performance: Rw 40 dB with double-board configuration. Fire rating: EI 60 with mineral wool infill option.
