Cleanroom Work Benches
Our cleanroom benches are manufactured from SS316L with an electropolished finish achieving Ra ≤0.4µm, meeting ISO 14644-1 Class 5 through 7 requirements. All welds are passivated and documented to ASTM A380. Adjustable levelling feet and anti-static earthing rails are standard. Full material traceability certificates provided.
Pharmaceutical Process Vessels
Process vessels are fabricated to ASME BPE 2022 from SS316L with orbital-welded connections and internal Ra ≤0.38µm mechanical + electropolish finish. All vessels include CIP spray balls, SIP drain nozzles, and pressure relief provision. Each vessel ships with FDA-compliant gaskets, full weld maps, and radiographic inspection records.
Gowning Room Furniture
Kinetix gowning room furniture systems include bench-with-step units, overhead garment rails, and shoe change barriers all fabricated from 1.5mm SS316L with coved welds and electropolished surfaces. Integrated HEPA H14 pre-filters in overhead units achieve 99.995% retention at 0.3 micron. All furniture is ESD-safe with copper earthing strips.
Laminar Flow Benches
Our laminar flow workstations use SS316L plenums with ULPA U15 filters delivering 0.45 m/s ±0.05 m/s uniform face velocity. Continuous velocity monitoring via built-in Magnehelic gauges triggers audible and visual alarms on deviation. All external panels are electropolished. Units arrive factory-validated with airflow uniformity maps.
GMP Storage Shelving
GMP storage shelving systems are constructed from 4mm SS304 wire welded to 25×25×2mm tube uprights with 50mm pitch adjustment slots. Open wire design permits full visible inspection without stock movement. All units are free-standing with cross-bracing for seismic compliance. Temperature and humidity sensor clips are positioned at every bay.
Cleanroom Pass-Through Chambers
Kinetix pass-through chambers are fabricated from 2mm SS316L with pneumatic interlocks preventing simultaneous door opening. Static versions include UV-C sterilisation with 254nm lamps rated to 30,000 hours. Dynamic versions integrate HEPA blowers for purge cycles between transfers. All chambers are GAMP 5 Category 3 classified.
GMP Transfer Trolleys
Our GMP transfer trolleys are built from 1.5mm SS316L tube with continuously welded joints, electropolished to Ra ≤0.5µm. Integrated ATEX-rated load cells provide batch weight capture to 0.1 kg resolution. Route documentation holders with stainless document clips are positioned at operator height. Castors are FDA-compliant white nylon.
Hygienic Floor Drain Channels
Our hygienic drain channels are manufactured from 1.5mm SS316L with a continuous longitudinal slot grating and removable basket trap with 2mm mesh. Channels slope 1:100 factory-set to prevent standing water. All joints are butt-welded and electropolished to Ra ≤0.5µm for bacterial inhibition. Flanged floor connection accommodates 3° angular misalignment.
