Feature Staircases
Kinetix feature staircases are fabricated from 16mm S355 mono-stringer or central spine with laser-cut tread plates at ±0.5mm dimensional accuracy. Our in-house BIM-to-shop process ensures zero-rework installation. Tread finishes include mirror-polished SS, bronze-PVD, and corten weathering steel. Handrail systems can integrate glass infill panels.
Entrance Canopy Structures
Our entrance canopies are designed to BS EN 1991-1-3 (snow) and BS EN 1991-1-4 (wind) with structural FEA by our in-house engineering team. Primary frames are fabricated from RHS 200×100×8mm with moment-resisting base plates. Glazing systems include ETFE cushions, polycarbonate, and SGP-laminated structural glass. Factory test loads applied before despatch.
Steel Facade Systems
Kinetix secondary facade steel provides the structural substrate for rainscreen cladding systems on commercial facades. Hot-dip galvanised Z450 brackets and rails are thermal-break separated from the primary structure to eliminate cold bridging. BIM clash detection is run on every project. Rail systems accept all major cassette cladding manufacturers.
Feature Balustrade Systems
Our balustrade systems are load-tested to BS EN 1090-2 EXC3 with 1.5 kN/m horizontal rail load. Post profiles are available in flat plate, round bar, or square hollow section in SS316, mild steel, or corten. Glass spigot systems accept 21.5mm laminated safety glass. All assemblies are trial-erected and measured in our facility before site delivery.
Large-Scale Art Installations
Kinetix has fabricated public sculptures up to 18 metres in height from artist-supplied 3D models. Our 5-axis CNC cutting and robotic welding capabilities produce organic compound-curved forms impossible with manual fabrication. All structures are designed to public safety standards EN 1990 with accredited structural engineer sign-off. Corten, mirror SS, and painted finishes available.
Retail Fixture Steel Frames
Kinetix retail fixture frames are produced on continuous roll-forming lines for high-volume brand rollouts. Gondola uprights, base frames, and top-hat capping profiles are produced to ±0.2mm repeatability. Anti-scratch PVD or powder coat finishes maintain brand colour standards across thousand-unit deployments. Flat-pack shipping reduces freight costs by 60% versus assembled delivery.
Built-Up Letter & Signage Frames
Our built-up letter and signage frames are laser-cut from 3mm mild steel or SS304 with CNC-formed returns at any depth from 50mm to 300mm. LED channel routing is CNC-milled into the return profiles for flush lamp seating. All letters are jig-checked for alignment before powder coating. Armature frames are pre-drilled and tapped for secret fixing to facade.
Landscape & Street Furniture
Kinetix street furniture is fabricated from Corten A weathering steel or hot-dip galvanised mild steel for 30-year service life without maintenance painting. Planter trays include drainage layer provision and liner anchor points. Bench frames use 50×10mm flat bar woven pattern fabricated in a single jig for dimensional consistency across large urban projects.
